Judith Gärtner

Judith Gärtner ist Professorin für Altes Testament an der Universität Rostock. In ihren monographischen Veröffentlichungen setzt sie sich mit Jesaja und Sacharja sowie mit den Geschichtspsalmen auseinander. Neben der Prophetie und den Psalmen sind weitere Forschungsschwerpunkte Hermeneutik und Methodik. In den letzten Jahren forschte sie insbesondere zu Anthropologie und Resilienz.

Judith Gärtner is Professor of Old Testament Studies at the University of Rostock. Isaiah and Zechariah and the historical psalms are the focus of her monographs.  In addition to prophecy and the psalms, she has a special interest in hermeneutics and methodology. In recent years, she has focused on anthropology and resilience.
